Adenovirus Packaging
Life SCB's adeasy adenovirus packaging system (Ad5 type) offers distinct advantages compared to the admax system. Notably, it facilitates easier detection of false positives of linearized plasmid recombination in the pronucleus. Additionally, the linearized adenovirus plasmid can be utilized in cell lines expressing E1, such as HEK-293 and HEK-293A. Our adenovirus vectors meet the rigorous requirements for both cell infection and in vivo experiments, ensuring reliable results for your research endeavors.
Features:
1. Unsurpassable transduction efficiency (nearly 100% vs. AAV 30~40% and Lentivirus ~30%) in most mammalian cells.
2. No integration into host genome.
3. Compatible with toxic gene of interest (GOI).
4. Induce high-level transient protein expression.

AAV Packaging
Experience LifeSct's superior AAV packaging service. Using plasmid recombination systems and advanced density gradient centrifugation, we perfectly concentrate and purify the virus. Our strict quality control ensures titers up to 10^13 vg/ml, meeting the needs of cell infection and in vivo experiments.
